Jay Grieves
Software Developer
Jay Grieves has been a technology professional for more than 14 years. In addition to working for large organizations such as AARP and Microsoft Research, he was the Chief Technology Officer of DuClaw Brewing Company and East Coast microbrewery. In 2004 he formed Brightfly Development to build compliance management software. The company was acquired by BindView which brought him to Houston. A year after the acquisition, BindView was purchased by Symantec and Jay spent a year in their enterprise software division.
Since 2007, Jay has been a technology consultant and software developer specializing in development practices in the energy and financial sectors. His client list includes BP, Merrill Lynch Commodities, and Calpine Energy.
